Tasks of the DHF

The task of the David Herzog Fund is:
- to award the David Herzog grants to Jewish students in order to allow them to study at a Styrian university;
- to award the David Herzog grants to Austrian students in order to allow them to study at an Israeli university;
- to promote transnational activities within the framework of international academic mobility and also international research and university cooperations – in particular with the participation of Jewish scientists and artists in activities at Styrian universities, or of scientists from Styrian universities at an Israeli university;
- to promote scientific and artistic projects within the scope of the tasks of the Styrian universities, and also scientific and artistic projects in cooperation of a Styrian and an Israeli university.
