the promotion of transnational activities within the framework of international academic mobility as well as international research and university co-operation, in particular with the participation of Jewish scientists and artists in activities at Styrian universities - or of scientists from Styrian universities at an Israeli university,

the promotion of scientific and artistic projects within the scope of the Styrian universities' areas of responsibility, as well as scientific and artistic projects in a co-operation between a Styrian and an Israeli university.
