The board of the fund consists of the rectors of the Styrian universities, the president of the Federal Association of Jewish Communities in Austria, the president of the Jewish Community of Graz, or a representative nominated by them, and non-voting co-opted members.
The Board decides on the awarding of David Herzog Fund scholarships at two meetings per year.
