Reporting

Within six months of the realisation of the project, the DHF must be provided with documents proving that the project funds have been used for the intended purpose, as well as a detailed content report including images (5-10 pages, secured image rights).
In particular, applicants must enclose financing plans and disclose who has already awarded funding for the same project and in what amount, or to which organisations funding has been applied for or is intended to be applied for.
The applicant undertakes to visibly display the logo of the DHF as sponsor on the project result. In the case of use on a website, the logo must be displayed as a link to the DHF homepage.
The applicant undertakes to provide the DHF with project reports including images, specimen copies and other project-relevant materials.
